VOXERA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using VOXERA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. By using VOXERA, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Creating and maintaining an account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to use VOXERA only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Prohibited content and activities

You may not use VOXERA to create, upload, generate or distribute content that:

• Impersonates or defrauds any person without their consent.
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or obscene.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, spam or other disruptive code.
• Is used to deceive, manipulate or harm others.

6. User-generated text, audio and voice content

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license you grant us to host, process and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure you have all necessary rights and consents.

7. Voice cloning requirements and consent

You may only clone voices for which you have explicit permission or that you own. You must not clone the voice of any other individual without their clear, informed consent. VOXERA reserves the right to remove cloned voices and suspend accounts that violate this requirement.

8. Intellectual property

VOXERA and its branding, software, designs and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service except as expressly permitted.

9. Ownership of generated content

You may use generated audio and text output for your own purposes, subject to these terms, any applicable third-party rights and the limits of your subscription or credit balance. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

10. Subscriptions, payments, refunds and cancellations

Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Fees are charged according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our sole discretion.

11. Free trials or credits

We may offer free trials, promotional credits or limited free usage. These are subject to the terms displayed at the time of offer and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep VOXERA available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

13. Third-party services

VOXERA relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments and AI/audio processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time.

15. Disclaimers

VOXERA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure or meet your specific requirements.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXERA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

17. Changes to the service and terms

We may update these terms or change features of the service at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law and general legal provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOXERA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
